[PATCH 8/8][Binutils][AArch64] Add MOVPRFX tests and update testsuite

Hi All,

This patch adds the tests and expected output for each of the conditions where
the MOVPRFX constraint should apply.

The specific test cases are all documented to indicate what the expected
behavior should be.

build on native hardware and regtested on
aarch64-none-elf, aarch64-none-elf (32 bit host),
aarch64-none-linux-gnu

Cross-compiled and regtested on
aarch64-none-linux-gnu, aarch64_be-none-linux-gnu

and no issues.
